It is really important to me that you love your new artwork and I encourage you to contact me if there is an issue with the products received. Whether that is non-delivery of your painting or damage to the painting during transit, with photographic proof.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage, which will be refunded back immediately I receive payment from my courier's insurance.
All transactions will appear on your credit card statements as “Affordable Paintings.com".
I will issue the refund upon receipt of goods, directly to your payment method. However, please allow up to 10 business days for your issuing bank to post the refund back to your account as all banks have different processing timescales.
For your convenience, confirmations of all refunds will be sent to you via e-mail immediately after they are processed.
Commissioned paintings are non-refundable due to the photographic interaction during the painting process whereby the buyer has the ability to not go ahead with the purchase. However, in the event of non-delivery or damage in transit, the above applies.
